Refunds, exchanges and replacements
- Tickets for the Great Story Club are those of The Great Club Marrickville.
- In general, the Great Story Club will offer a refund or exchange of paid ticket if an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated and you don’t want to attend the rescheduled or relocated event.
- If you do want a refund as set out above:
- you need to request it within a reasonable time;
- proof of purchase may be required;
- if the Consumer Law permits, transaction/admin costs may be deducted from the refund;
- the total amount you paid (including any fees or charges) will in most circumstances be the maximum amount The Great Story Club will repay you.

The conditions of entry into The Great Story Club events are those of The Great Club Marrickville.

The Great Story Club is required to collect information relating to your name, email address and IP address as part of the ticket or book purchasing process on the Blackwattle Books and The Great websites. By using those sites you agree to the collection and storage of this information. Financial information may also be provided by you to third parties (including but not limited to Square or PayPal) as part of the booking process and may be linked to the information stored on our site by the use of an anonymised token.
